From Rejection to Acceptance

What we celebrated this Resurrection season was more than a moment in history. We remembered the sacrifice, suffering, death, and resurrection of Yeshua Hamashiach — Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. And as we reflected on His life, one truth stood out clearly: even Jesus was rejected.
Think about that for a moment.
Jesus healed the sick, opened blind eyes, delivered people from demonic oppression, restored hope, and even raised the dead. Yet despite the miracles, the compassion, and the truth He carried, many still rejected Him. Not everyone embraced what He came to offer. Many misunderstood His purpose, questioned His motives, and resisted the very One sent to save them.
Isaiah 53:3 reminds us:
“He was despised and rejected—a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief. We turned our backs on Him and looked the other way. He was despised, and we did not care.”
That scripture still speaks loudly today.
As we pursue the purpose God has placed on our lives, we must understand that everyone will not understand our assignment. Some people will reject the way God is leading us because it challenges their mindset, exposes their comfort zone, or simply does not fit their expectations.
But our responsibility is not to gain the approval of people.
Our responsibility is to obey God.
Sometimes obedience will cost you relationships.Sometimes purpose will make people uncomfortable.Sometimes walking in truth will cause rejection.
But rejection from people does not mean rejection from God.
Jesus Himself was rejected, falsely accused, mistreated, and unjustly condemned. Yet Heaven accepted Him. His obedience pleased the Father. And because He endured the cross, we now have access to grace, salvation, and eternal life.
The same is true for us.
When we continue to press toward the high calling God has placed on our lives, even through criticism, misunderstanding, and rejection, God honors our obedience. We cannot allow the opinions of people to silence the purpose of God within us.
You may be rejected by people, but still chosen by God.You may be misunderstood by the world, but fully known by Heaven. You may lose the approval of others, but gain the acceptance of the Father.
Keep walking.
Keep obeying.
Keep trusting God with your purpose.
Because in the end, it is better to be accepted by God than applauded by the world.
